Why the name?
Our founder, Mark, was a carpenter and remodeler for 12 years before transitioning to real estate investing full-time. He kept the name. We like it.
Who we are
We’re a 5-person team with a family atmosphere—Mark (founder), his brother Derek, and team members Krizza, Wilson, and Lucky. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that every seller’s situation is different, and we treat people the way we’d want to be treated.
What makes us different
