More about Mark Cool/ The Golf Artist:

I started this business as a labor of love- I am a golf lover and I play multiple times a week- evening 9’s after a day at the shop, and weekend rounds as well.

I use 100% Vintage reclaimed wood and Vintage golf clubs for my popular reclaimed wood golf plaques. I do all of my own salvaging via thrift stores, metal yards, reuse stores, curb picking, dumpster-diving, garage sales- whatever it takes to find the coolest most beautiful materials for my golf art!

Everything is handmade in my shop by me, with some help from my family members periodically. Everyone in my family has helped in my shop-my two kids, my mom, and my brother. The dogs would help too if they had opposable thumbs!

Aside from the popular reclaimed wood golf plaques (some call them signs), I also make retro golf art decoupage, golf club coat/ hat hooks and racks from antique wooden clubs, and decor pieces made from things like found golf tees, vintage golf balls, headcovers, and leather-gripped shafts.

One of the first golf tee mandalas that I made was picked up by CBS’s Hawaii 5-0 as a set décor piece! That encouraged me to keep going with my unique brand of golf art.

Since then I’ve sold hundreds of pieces of unique, one-of-a-kind handmade golf art to people all over the country and abroad via my Etsy stores and at live shows and retail stores like Kudzu in Georgia.

If you’re looking for vintage clubs, I have a bunch, drop me a note! I have  some Vintage putters listed on my Etsy store, Ping Ansers , TP Mills, and other cool stuff

Thanks got dropping by, and please keep up with me on Instagram or Facebook, and keep me in mind the next time you need a golf gift!
